Most office TVs show a screensaver or nothing. They could be showing the sales dashboard, this week’s announcements or a welcome for the client arriving at two o’clock.

onday plays web pages and live dashboards alongside images and video, so internal communications and KPIs share the same screens.

Live dashboards

Add the URL of a dashboard or web page and it plays like any other item in the playlist.

Snapshots for locked-down sites

Some sites refuse to be embedded. Snapshot mode renders the page on the server and shows a refreshed image.

Google Slides and PowerPoint

Paste a Slides link to show a deck live, or export PowerPoint slides as images.

Scheduled content

Stand-up metrics in the morning, company news at lunch, a screen that sleeps in the evening.

Shared ownership

Let HR, marketing and operations each update their own content as Editors.

Multiple offices

Run London and New York from one account, each screen on its own schedule.

A note on dashboards that need a login

A screen cannot type a password. For dashboards behind a login, use the tool’s public or TV share link where it offers one. Pages that are publicly reachable can be shown live or as a snapshot.

Simple for IT

Screens pair with a code and report their status to the dashboard. The player is available for Android TV, Apple TV, iPad, Windows and Mac, and as a web player in any modern browser.
