Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 10 August 2026

These terms govern your use of onday, a digital-signage service provided at onday.uk. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to them.

onday is operated by [Your Legal Entity Ltd]. These terms are a starting template — have them reviewed by a qualified lawyer before you rely on them.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity under your workspace. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You’re responsible for the users you invite and their access levels (Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer).

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use onday to display or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or that you don’t have the rights to show. You must not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, interfere with other customers, or resell it without our permission. We may suspend a workspace that breaches these terms.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and deliver that content to your paired screens. You’re responsible for having the rights and permissions for any content, links, music or logos you display.

4. Plans, billing & trials

  • The Starter plan is free. Paid plans (Pro, Business, Enterprise) are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
  • Fees are shown at sign-up and may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
  • Plan limits (screens, storage) apply as described on the pricing page.

5. Availability

We work to keep onday running reliably but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, and may modify or discontinue features. Enterprise SLAs, where offered, are set out in a separate agreement.

6. Third-party content

When you embed external websites, videos or dashboards, those are governed by their own owners’ terms. We’re not responsible for third-party content you choose to display.

7. Intellectual property

The onday software, brand, and site are owned by us. These terms don’t transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the service.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination

You may stop using onday and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or for legal or security reasons. On termination, your right to use the service ends and your content may be deleted after a reasonable period.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date shows the current version and continued use means you accept the changes. Questions? Email [email protected].
