Getting started

  1. Create a workspace at onday.uk.
  2. Install the onday player on your screen — Apple TV, Android TV, iPad/iPhone, Windows, or open the web player in any browser. See the setup guide.
  3. Pair the screen: the app shows a pairing code. In your dashboard go to Screens → Add screen and enter that code.
  4. Add content: upload images or video under Media, arrange them into a Playlist, then Schedule the playlist onto your screen.

Your screen updates automatically within a few seconds — no need to touch the device again.

Common questions

My screen shows a pairing code but no content

The screen is paired but has nothing scheduled yet. In the dashboard, make sure the screen has a Playlist assigned via a Schedule. New content appears on the screen within about 15 seconds.

A screen shows as offline

Check that the device has power and a working internet connection, and that the onday app is open. Screens report in every few seconds; after a reboot or power cut, playback resumes automatically.

Which devices are supported?

Apple TV (tvOS), Android TV, iPad and iPhone (iOS), Windows, and any modern web browser. One workspace can run a single screen or hundreds.

Can I show a website or live dashboard?

Yes. Add a URL under Media. On devices with a web view it displays live; on Apple TV, set the URL to snapshot mode and onday renders it as an auto-refreshing image.

Billing, plans and cancellation

Manage your plan under Billing in the dashboard. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; access continues to the end of your paid period. See pricing and our terms.
